Teresa Hoover

Teresa Hoover has been teaching classes, mostly for kids, in the Foxfire Kitchen since 2003. She is a 2003 graduate of Johnson & Wales University where she studied Culinary Arts. Prior to that training, she completed a B.A. in art education from Furman University. She combines her love for cooking, baking, and art in her teaching. Teresa was the upper school art teacher and cooking class instructor at Shannon Forest Christian School for four years. She now stays at home with her son and teaches classes whenever she can. She loves teaching junior chefs - getting to see them learn and experiment and feel accomplished when a recipe is complete.
