- Celebrating 15 Years
- Foxfire Gallery & Kitchen Shop celebrates their fifteenth year in business. Karen and Denny Abrams purchased Foxfire in 1994 and have expanded the store to include a cooking school and another floor on the lower level of the original shop bringing the total square footage to over 6000. In 2005 Foxfire opened their second store at The Shops at Greenridge on Woodruff Road. Another cooking school venue was added there as well.
Their merchandise selection at both stores has evolved into a complete selection for cooking and entertaining at home with family and friends. You'll find everything you need to entertain and cook with in these locally owned specialty shops. National brands in cookware, gadgets, tabletop, barware, textiles, small electrics, cutlery, and more are available at Foxfire. Complimentary gift wrap and delivery service with 100 miles are standard services for all their clientele.

- Shipping and processing charges compensate Foxfire Gallery & Kitchen Shops for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you have purchased and delivering them to you. Please review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.
Payment Methods: Foxfire Gallery & Kitchen Shops accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover credit card.
Free Shipping: Free shipping applies only to orders shipped from us to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Free Shipping does not apply to addresses to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO boxes. Orders to APO/FPO boxes will carry an additional processing surcharge of $19.95. Foxfire Gallery & Kitchen Shops reserves the right to ship via DSL, Fedex, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
Incorrect Address: If the shipping information provided to us by you is incorrect and the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will charge you for any additional shipping costs plus the return fee charged by the carrier.
Shipping Schedule: Most times your order will be shipped within the next business day of receipt of your order. If we experience an out of stock item you will be notified immediately by email.
Ground Shipping: With our goal to ship orders the next business day after they are placed on our website, you should receive your product within two to eight days. However transit times are not guaranteed by any carrier.
Second Day Air: Orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST will ship the same business day, and are delivered the second business day.
Next Day Air: Orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST will ship the same business day, and are delivered next business day by 3:00 PM. Air shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take 2- business days. Some rural areas do not have guaranteed delivery times for air shipping.
This schedule does not apply to items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer as well as Capresso, Enclume, John Boos.

- Any item purchased from Foxfire Gallery & Kitchen Shops may be returned in new and unused condition in the original box or carton within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund. Please ship the item, along with a copy of the receipt or packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address or bring it to one of our stores.

In the event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, we will send you a prepaid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense if you contact us within five days of receiving your order.
